Point out the spots, the pet areas and the rooms that get the most traffic.
Spots get treated first
Stains and heavy traffic lanes are pre-treated before the main clean.
Hot water extraction
The carpet is rinsed with hot water and the dirty water is pulled back out. This is what most people call steam cleaning.
Walk through before we leave
You check every room. If something is not right, we go over it again on the spot.

What counts as one room?
Any carpeted room up to 300 square feet is one room at $40. For a larger room, tell us the size on the phone and we will price it with you.
Can I book just one room?
Yes, but the minimum visit is $120, which already covers up to 3 rooms. Most people add a hallway, the stairs or a second room.
Do you clean carpeted stairs?
Yes. A staircase is $30.
We have pets. What should we add?
Ask for the deodorizer in the rooms your pets use most. It is $20 per room on top of the clean.
What does the carpet protector do?
It is applied after cleaning to help the carpet resist new spills and soil. It is optional, at $20 per room.
Do I pay online?
